- Second Attempt: If no one is available, another attempt next business day
- Third Attempt: Final delivery attempt
- After 3 Attempts: Package returned to sender

Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
Currently, we do not offer same-day or next-day delivery. Standard delivery takes 4-7 business days. We're working on express delivery options.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll try to update the address. Once shipped, you'll need to work with the courier to redirect delivery.
How is the delivery time calculated?
Delivery time includes processing (1-2 days) plus shipping time (3-10 days depending on location). Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Will I be charged customs/import fees?
No, we currently only ship within India. If we expand to international shipping, customs fees will apply and be the customer's responsibility.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Currently, we don't offer local pickup. All orders are shipped via our courier partners.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery 3 times. You can coordinate with them to arrange a convenient time or hold the package at their local office for pickup.
