Refund Policy

At Slap On, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and returns.

Slap On operates under VELMELADE (India) and Aurastral (United Kingdom). This policy applies to all orders placed on our website.

1. Refund Eligibility

Eligible Items

You may be entitled to a refund if your order:

  • Arrived damaged or defective
  • Does not match the product description
  • Was not delivered within the promised timeframe
  • Is missing items from your original order

Non-Eligible Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened transdermal patches or items that have been used.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After this period, refund requests cannot be accepted.

2. How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Us

Contact our customer support team at velmelade@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.

Step 2: Provide Information

Include the following information in your request:

  • Order number
  • Specific items you want refunded
  • Reason for refund request
  • Photos of damaged/defective items (if applicable)

Step 3: Await Response

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with further instructions if necessary.

3. Refund Process

Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days
  • Funds will be credited to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Refund Methods

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account
  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
  • UPI: 1-3 business days

4. Special Circumstances

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately with photographs of the damage
  • Do not use the damaged product
  • We will process a full refund or replacement at no additional cost

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or items missing from your order:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number
  • We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped or missing items to be sent
  • If replacement is not preferred, a full refund will be issued

5. Return Shipping

Who Pays for Returns

Return shipping costs depend on the situation:

  • Our Fault (Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item): We pay for return shipping
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays for return shipping
  • Product Not as Described: We pay for return shipping

Return Instructions

When returning items:

  • Use the original packaging if possible
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Ship to the address provided by our customer service team
  • Keep the tracking number for your records

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Item was partially used or damaged after delivery
  • Item is returned without original packaging
  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery
  • Special promotion or discount items (as specified at time of purchase)

7. Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, we can facilitate exchanges. Contact us to initiate an exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Gift Refunds

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you'll receive a refund for the gift value. If the gift giver had the gift shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the refund to the gift giver.
